After years of open confrontation and the Cold War, the two global superpowers are developing a new approach to coexistence. The Bush era represented just a small relapse into the mentality of the past.
Here in Europe, we have – not exactly yielded to, but rather shared – the values and ideals of the USA for many decades.
And if we now see the USA of President Obama in a new light, then it is only right and proper that we change our perspective on Russia, too.
